Refunds may be issued in the following cases: Duplicate payment Payment made but service not availed Test cancelled by Medline Diagnostic Labs Technical error during online payment
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: Sample has already been collected Test has already been conducted Delay caused due to incomplete patient information
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
